Attention friends! (especially beginner athletes, those looking to burn off some of the winter kgs, and those new to functional fitness training).
For the month of May, WITC has a special program for you. Due to the popularity of our Thursday night functional training we've done for the past couple years, we are starting a FREE four week program so you can see if this type of training is right for you. This program will be less intense than the current paid "Przemek" program, but will focus on similar concepts (high-intensity interval training - hitting on all muscle groups - to improve your running ability and all-around fitness level).
The sessions will be led by on of our activity leaders Tristan Sakura, a long-time Przemek follower, and aspiring, but not "certified" coach, with help from some other Przemek trainees. Most people agree that this type of training can drastically improve running speed, endurance, and overall fitness, regardless of your starting point.
